General rules:
1: Don’t be an ass, basically.
2: Treat server staff with respect. We’re here for you. If you see any server staff breaking rules, please report them to another admin or to me.
3: Any hacks or exploits being used will result in a permanent ban.
4: Do not beg server staff for anything -- weapons, caps, armor or perks. These can be gained through legitimate means, you don’t need our help.
5: Please refrain from metagaming in the OOC Chat.
6: Please refrain from talking excessively in OOC Chat. Small talk is okay, but please leave large discussions for Steam chat or something.
7: Please refrain from bunnying, godmoding, or Mary-Sueing. Warnings will be given, and repeat offenders will be given bans.
Server rules:
1: Combat between players must be solved using roll functions. You may interject in ongoing RP trying to initiate combat, but do not open fire on them with the gun itself.
2: Whoever rolls highest based on a range of numbers agreed upon by combatants, wins that combat.
3: As Fallout is a world of legendary acts, unbelievable feats of luck and titanic gambles with death, all weapons are, combat RP wise, on the same level. A .44 Revolver user can beat a Plasma Rifle user with the proper rolls.
4: If you have lost in combat, please use the fall over function and do not run. Disciplinary action will be taken if you break RP.
5: An unholstered weapon can be considered a hostile action; this is up to RP participants to decide on.
6: Do not enter other factions bases if you are not a member of the faction. Breaking this rule WILL result in a ban. Exceptions are made for kidnappings. (Note: The Crimson Caravan Trading Post is not considered restricted, and all players may enter.)
7: Wastelanders and Raiders can mug others for whatever amount they desire, however, mugging someone with a Multiplas Rifle and X-02 Power Armor probably isn't a good idea. Traditionally "good" factions (NCR, BoS, CC) cannot mug, nor can Caesar's Legion (mugging is for wastrels) or the Enclave.
Faction Rules:
1: Factional hostility retains its Fallout roots. Hostile means that combat can be initiated whenever. Unfriendly means that unless hostility has began, combat cannot begin. Friendly means the same, although characters should strive to be amiable to characters of a faction theirs is friendly with. The following factions have relations with eachother:
NCR:
Hostile to:
Caesar’s Legion, Raiders
Unfriendly to:
Brotherhood of Steel, Enclave
Friendly to:
Wastelanders, Crimson Caravan
Caesar’s Legion:

However, friendships can blossom on the battlefield. Despite ideological differences, NCR soldiers can befriend Brotherhood Knights, or Enclave remnants can share a drink with a Wastelander. These instances are rare, however they can make for some great RP, so try it out!
